3. Hammer Mode
Overcoming environmental resistance on startup.
This feature allows the gate to deliver reverse force on start. This mode is particularly useful in situations where the gate is obstructed by snow, ice, or other debris, enabling it to break through these obstacles to continue its operation.
Configuring Hammer Mode:
- Access System Settings via the on-board interface.
- Navigate to 'Advanced Features' > 'Hammer Mode'.
- Toggle 'Enabled' and set the impact duration (0.5s - 2.0s).
4. Auto-Learning
Our intelligent system automatically detects gate limits and optimizes force curves for smooth operation.
Step-by-Step Learning:
- Move gate(s) to the middle position manually.
- Use the 'MODE' button to select Learn Mode.
- Select '1D' for single or '2D' for dual gates.
- Wait for the system to complete the cycle.
5. Electric Lock
Integration with 12V, 110V, or 220V electric locks for enhanced security.
To ensure smooth lock operation, the GateKnob system can be configured to ease tension before releasing the lock mechanism.
